The Construction Business Area is looking for a business-driven and secure Regional Manager who wants to lead and develop the Southeast Region – an operation with approximately 260 employees, a turnover of 2 billion SEK, and a broad project portfolio within both public and commercial constructions as well as housing.

The region stretches from Småland, Gotland, and Östergötland, with the regional office located in Jönköping.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you are responsible for driving the region's business, results, and long-term development. You lead an organization with significant autonomy and ensure high quality in projects, leadership, culture, and working methods.

You will work both strategically and operationally with:

• Results, profitability, and risk management
• Tendering and cost estimation
• Leadership and development of managers and employees
• Project management and resource planning
• Market, customer relations, and business development

Requirements

• Several years of experience in leadership positions with personnel responsibility for larger groups and managers
• Experience from construction, civil engineering, installation, or real estate
• Documented responsibility for results
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Business-oriented, analytical, stable, and attentive as a leader
• Strong relationship builder with an unpretentious approach
